Best Time to Visit Darjeeling from Jaigaon
March to May is ideal — pleasant temperatures (8–18°C), blooming rhododendrons, and clear skies with stunning Kanchenjunga views. October and November are also excellent with crisp post-monsoon air. Avoid July–August if possible as heavy monsoon rain can cause landslides on the hill roads, though the route usually remains passable.
